If you thumb through any random cookbook, you’ll notice that butter is one of the most common ingredients. Heres a secret, if the margarine or butter you buy is holding a stick shape then most likely its high in saturated fat. One tablespoon of butter holds 7 grams of saturated fat. Use whipped butter or a light spread instead.
